As I sit in the airport waiting for my flight I see a couple lugging a big white garment bag to their gate. It is the destination wedding couple. This attractive couple in their twenties will be in a matter of days husband and wife. Seeing them in shorts and matching t-shirts always makes me smile.
They are happy, in love, and eager to start their life together. On my way to board as I walk by I give them my congratulations and they smile and cheerfully say "Thanks!"
Good luck to all of you getting on planes with a big white garment bag soon.

I dreaded the thought of lugging around my white garment bag when I was bringing home my dress from the USA, so I folded it in half into my suitcase, haha. My family thought I was crazy but I just didn't want to stick out like a sore thumb and then be uncomfortable to boot.
Glad to say that both the dress and I made it safely home. Now it is hung for what seems like forever until I wear it in December.
